How Are the LED Clip-on Boards Made?

Openable Aluminum profile: Less than half an inch thick, this aluminum profile retains the print.
LEDs on the Edges: Embedded on its borders of the aluminum profile are small LEDs that light up the picture from behind.
A sheet of acrylic with LGP picture: The foundation is constructed from a transparent acrylic sheet having an LGP (Light Guide Pass) film. The latter ensures uniform distribution of the light across all corners of the print. This diffused light guarantees that the whole photo looks excellent and solidly lit.
Print on translite picture: The high quality pictures of your products and offers are done on a particular material called translite. These pictures allow light to pass through, creating a visually pleasing effect. Additionally, the application of light in the trunk further makes the prints pop out and look prominently.
Acrylic Sheet on the top: The translite photograph is held in place under a transparent acrylic sheet.
